- I started to write this blog in January 2010 when I found out I had breast cancer. In the archive you can read my honest account on the whole experience. How devastating it was for me and how I didn't know if I was going to live to see the next Christmas. How my beautiful family (my little boy and a wonderful husband) supported me through surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The cancer has just come back and metastasised with a vengeance and it is now incurable, at least by conventional medicine. I am trying alternative treatments but I also believe God wants to heal me.
Dearest Malina - imagine a tidal wave of love and light, washing around you and your family. Prayers and thoughts from unimagined places are surrounding you.

ReplyDeleteMyself and lots and lots of others are praying for you and thinking of you all the time. You deserve our prayers. By the way you should always remember, and never doubt, that you have given your son (and husband) more than enough love to last them for a lifetime- they will always be surrounded by it. This is what wonderful loving mothers and partners can do. You are the best of the best-an amazing, incredible human being who is touching people all over the world-even those who have never met you (like me). We will do whatever we can for you xxx

Dear Malina, I am writing from Australia, only just having read your amazing and inspirational blogspot. Stand tall and proud for everything you have done! My mum is a breast cancer survivor, she was diagnosed when she was 49 yo and is now 78yo! My husband, three boys and I have had some challenges in our lives. I just want you to know that I continue to believe in your healing and also that if you remain unwell with no improvement - that the hurt and confusion that comes from this can be devastating. So remember that your heavanly father loves you with the most unimaginable love for a daughter such as you. He is always with you and is just as grieved at the pain and suffering of his people in a world that is slowly decaying and taking its toll on our bodies. Yes he hears your cries for healing and has rescued you when Jesus died on the cross, the cross has so much to it! Jesus took your pain, sin and suffering so that we do not have to carry such a burden- it is way too much for you to carry, so give it to Him, he already has taken it and feel His peace wash over you. That same peace and comfort and healing will always be there for your beautiful family. Some people walk to the tune of birth, life, death but we walk to the tune of birth, life, death and life. x x Colleen
